Terms of Service for Trinix AI

By using Trinix AI (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using the Bot on your Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. Description of Services

Trinix AI is a Discord bot offering the following services:

AI‑Powered Moderation
• Real-time message scanning through Ollama and LM Studio integrations.
• Structured violation codes (S1–S13) with automatic warnings, mutes, and escalations.
• Automatic message deletion and secure database logging.
Comprehensive Event Logging
• Webhook-based logs for message edits, deletions, voice state changes, channel/role/thread creations and deletions, bans/unbans, reactions, and AutoMod actions.
• Slash command usage tracking with embedded plan status.
Security & Anti-Spam Protections
• Suspicious account detection (e.g., new accounts, default avatars) with optional alerts.
• Invite tracking to monitor server invitations.
Blacklist & Auto-Roast Features
• Configurable user blacklists.
• AI-generated theatrical insult responses for blacklisted users.
Stock Market Simulation
• Guild-run IPOs, trading of real-world and custom stocks.
• Dividend distributions, taxation rules, and real-time price trends with anti-exploit protections.
Error Monitoring & Reporting
• Global slash command error capture and private webhook reporting.
Fun & Utility Commands
• AI chat interactions, entertainment features, and admin utilities.

The Bot is offered “as-is,” and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Bot, you agree to:

Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Not use the Bot for illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative purposes.
Refrain from attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Bot or its systems.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Trinix AI collects limited data necessary to operate its features. For details on data collection, use, and your rights, please review our Privacy Policy.

Server administrators are responsible for informing their users that Trinix AI is active and may process limited data on their server.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trinix AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Bot.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Trinix AI or its features.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Trinix AI for any user or server at our sole discretion, including in the event of violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Trinix AI, including its code, assets, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Srdjan Lopez LLC dba Trinix AI. All rights are reserved under the Trinix AI Proprietary License Agreement. Any copying, distribution, modification, sublicensing, reverse‑engineering, or creation of derivative works without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Trinix AI constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Data Processing for Moderation

Trinix AI may process the content of user messages for moderation and feature functionality purposes, handled exclusively by locally hosted AI models such as:

LLaMA Guard 3 (Meta)
Fine-tuned custom models for scam, phishing, and toxicity detection.
