8. AI Moderation Disclaimer

Trinix AI uses locally hosted AI models for moderation purposes. These models may occasionally produce false positives or miss violations.
We strongly recommend server administrators monitor flagged content for accuracy. Trinix AI is not liable for moderation outcomes based solely on automated systems.


9. Data Retention (Moderation Logs)

Moderation logs, including flagged message content, may be retained temporarily for server auditing and review.
Server owners can request deletion of related data by contacting Trinix AI Support.


10. Server Administrator Controls

Server administrators can configure Trinix AI’s behavior via commands and dashboard settings, including enabling/disabling certain features such as AI moderation, logging, and user warnings.

It is the responsibility of server administrators to manage these features according to their community guidelines.


11. Third-Party Libraries and Models

Trinix AI leverages open-source models and libraries, including but not limited to LLaMA Guard 3, Ollama ecosystem components, and other locally hosted solutions.
No user data is transmitted to external APIs.


12. Paid Features

Some advanced features, such as enhanced AI models or special marketplace access, are available through paid subscriptions.
Premium features are optional and subject to separate terms. We reserve the right to modify premium offerings at any time.
